- How do you evaluate a Klaviyo agency?
- Ask whether they can change what flows into Klaviyo, not just what comes out of it; whether they report on revenue per recipient and cohort behaviour; and whether they can show a complete flow map with entry, exclusion and exit logic. Those three answers separate a template shop from a technical partner.
- Are you a Klaviyo agency partner?
- We build and operate Klaviyo accounts for DTC, retail and hospitality brands across Europe and the US, and we work in the neighbouring tools too — Braze, Iterable, Emarsys, Bloomreach Engagement and Salesforce Marketing Cloud — so the recommendation is never constrained by a single vendor relationship.
- Can two agencies manage the same Klaviyo account?
- Technically yes, and it usually causes conflicting flow logic and double sends. If you already have a campaign partner, we normally take the data model, flow architecture and integrations and leave the campaign calendar with them, with one owner for the flow map.
- Do you only work in Klaviyo?
- No. Klaviyo is the most common activation layer we work in, but we also build in Braze, Iterable, Emarsys, Bloomreach Engagement and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The approach is the same: data model first, then flows.
- We already have Klaviyo set up. Do we start over?
- Rarely. We start with a data audit, keep what's working and rebuild the layers that are wrong. Most engagements begin by fixing the event and profile data feeding the account.
- Do you handle campaign sends too?
- Yes, under growth operations. But we treat campaigns as experiments inside a system, not as a content calendar to fill.
- How is this different from a normal email agency?
- We're engineers. We can change the data flowing into Klaviyo, not just the templates coming out of it. That includes warehouse syncs, custom integrations and internal tooling.
