Proof and the evidence standard
This page exists because most agency proof is unfalsifiable. We would rather publish the standard than publish a number nobody can check.
What counts as proof here
- A metric pulled from the client's own systems, not from a platform dashboard reporting its own contribution.
- A defined period, a defined cohort, and the baseline the change is measured against.
- A named scope: what we built, what we operated, and what the client's team owned.
- Written permission from the client to publish the figure and the brand name.
What we will not publish
- Results we cannot reproduce in the client's data.
- Platform-attributed revenue presented as incremental revenue.
- Aggregate claims across clients with no disclosed sample.
- Testimonials, logos or benchmarks we have not been given permission to use.
- Compliance or certification claims we do not hold.
The case study template
Every case study on this site follows the same structure, and a section stays empty until the source material supports it.
- Context: brand, category, scale band, and the state of the stack when we started.
- The constraint: the specific problem, stated as the client stated it.
- What we built: systems, integrations and data work, listed concretely.
- What we ran: the operating scope and cadence, and for how long.
- Measurement: which metric, over which period, against which baseline, and whether a holdout existed.
- Result: the figure, with its definition attached.
- What we would do differently: the part most case studies omit.
Current published cases
There are 3 case studies published. Existing figures are being re-verified against source systems under the standard above.
SOURCE REQUIRED · No case figure on this site will be added, changed or re-stated until the client source export and written permission are supplied. Until then, existing entries remain as published and unverified figures are not extended.
Asking for the underlying data
If you are evaluating us, ask for the working. We will walk through the measurement approach for any engagement the client has cleared us to discuss, including the parts that did not work.
Ask us for the working
We build and run lifecycle, loyalty and customer-data systems inside your existing stack. Tool-agnostic. Outcome-owned.
