METHODOLOGY

A technical growth system is not a campaign calendar

SHORT ANSWER

A technical growth operating system connects customer signals, diagnosis, decisions, execution and learning. It gives a DTC brand one way to decide what should change across lifecycle, loyalty and customer data, rather than managing disconnected campaigns and tools.

Growth is not a channel and it is not a flow library. It is a technical operating system: a repeatable loop that turns customer signals into decisions, decisions into execution inside your stack, and execution into evidence that changes the next decision.

The loop

  1. 01SignalsBehaviour, transactions, zero-party data
  2. 02DiagnosisWhere repeat purchase leaks
  3. 03DecisionWhich lever, at what cost
  4. 04ExecutionBuilt inside your stack
  5. 05LearningRead, written down, fed back

Learning feeds back into signals. The loop repeats; the stack stays yours.

Every engagement runs the same five steps. The tools change, the loop does not.

  • Read the signal. Behavioural, transactional and zero-party data collected across commerce, messaging, service and, where relevant, retail.
  • Find the constraint. What the data says about repeat purchase, cohort trajectory and where value leaks.
  • Choose the intervention. Which lever to pull, at what cost, with an explicit expected effect.
  • Execute in the stack. Built and shipped inside your platforms. No proprietary layer, no black box.
  • Measure and learn. The result is read, written down, and folded back into the signal layer.

What is inside the system

  • Customer data capture: event schema, identity resolution, zero-party capture surfaces.
  • Lifecycle: the full customer cycle mapped, instrumented and operated continuously.
  • Loyalty and membership: program mechanics treated as a data and margin mechanism, not a discount funnel.
  • Growth operations: a weekly hypothesis queue on top of the live cycle.
  • Measurement: cohort trajectory and per-moment contribution, reported in the same engine that ran the change.

What is deliberately outside it

  • No forced platform. We use the best-fit tools for your stack: third-party, owned, or custom-built.
  • No generic flow library sold as a playbook.
  • No paid media buying, creative production or brand strategy.
  • No claims about results we have not measured in a client account.

Operating cadence

Build work runs as fixed-scope sprints. Operating work runs monthly, with a weekly execution rhythm and a monthly business review. The client owns every asset, in their own accounts, at every point.

When a technical growth system is not necessary

The system is not for every brand. You may not need it if you do not yet have a product-market fit signal, if you do not have enough customers to form a cohort, or if the immediate constraint is paid acquisition efficiency rather than repeat purchase.
